Instructions:

Vent by lifting the red tab on top of the mini keg and turning 1/4 turn anti-clockwise
Pull tab out from the base until it stops
Turn base tap 1/4 turn anti-clockwise to dispense beer. To close, turn back to the right
Close the top vent between sessions
