Refund policy

In the unlikely event that you need to return your product, you should make contact with our team by emailing ecommerce@woodfordes.com or call to discuss the best options for you. 

Live beer products are not eligible for a refund or exchange until they have been inspected in our laboratory and compared with samples from the same batch. Looking after your beer correctly is the best way to make sure it is in the same condition when you drink it as it was when it left the brewery. You can find some FAQ’s on storing your beer here.

You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For faulty or damaged beer products, if you are eligible for a refund, the cost of return shipping will be included in the amount you receive. 

If you need to exchange a product, depending on where you live the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. You will be responsible for the shipping costs for both returning the items and resending the items out to you.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Nor are we responsible for the loss of your returned item in transit.
