ORDERING

Can I place an order over the phone?

Yes, we can take orders and payment over the phone through the Brewery Shop. We do however highly recommend ordering through the online store.

Can I collect my order in store?

Yes, you can order online and ask to collect or order over the phone with the Brewery Shop. We request 24 hours between ordering and collection. We will hold your order for 5 working days after purchase.

I haven't receIveD any order confirmation emails

You should receive an email confirmation once you have placed an order. If you haven't received this, we advise you check your spam or junk folder as it may have gone there. If you still haven't recieved an email, please do get in contact.

where else can I buy Woodforde's beer?

You can purchase our products a range of outlets including supermarkets, local farm shops, wholesalers, Amazon and many more. You can also grab a pint from many establishments across East Anglia!

Can I order for a wedding or large event?

We would love to help you have a fantastic event serving Woodforde's to your guests. To find the best solution for your event, we recommend you email info@woodfordes.com and provide as much detail as possible on what you would require.

We do not have the capacity to provide stillage or racking of any kind at the moment.

ORDER ISSUES

I'm missing a product from my order, what do I do?

We are really sorry you are missing something from your order! Please get in contact with our e-commerce team and we will endeavour to rectify the mistake as quickly as possible.

What do I do if I receive a damaged item in my order?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, orders can arrive damaged. Please get in contact with our e-commerce team stating in full the damages and we will get a replacment out to you as soon as possible.

What do I do if my order hasn't arrived?

An email will be sent out to you once we have dispatched the order and has been collected by the courier. You can track the order through the courier's emails. The courier will also email if there were any issues when trying to deliver. If you haven't heard anything from us or the courier, please get in contact and we will help you track down your parcel!

How should I store my beer?

Beer Boxes

Beer Boxes contain live beer. Once opened, the life and quality of the beer is affected by how it is stored. We recommend keeping them in a cool, dry place between 11-14 degrees however a household fridge is better than risking it getting too warm.

  • We dispatch all beer boxes with a minimum best before of 2 weeks.
  • We recommend keeping our beer boxes in a cool, dry place between 11-14 degrees.
  • Very cold or very warm conditions can deteriorate the life span of your beer box.
  • Beer boxes should have the excess pressure released regularly by opening the tap while the box is upright and releasing any air.
  • Before using, turn the box horizontal, with a slight forward tilt and allow it to settle for at least 24 hours before discarding the first small glass.
  • Once opened, our beer boxes typically will last for 7-10 days in a well kept, ventilated room.

Mini Kegs

  • This is a filtered beer that can be stored unopened for up to 6 months.
  • Vent by lifting the top red tab and turning 1/4 anti-clockwise and pull the tab out full from the base.
  • Turn the base tap 1/4 anti-clockwise to dispense.
  • Close top vent between sessions.
  • If stored correctly at the right temperature and with reduced amount of air accessing the container, a mini keg can maintain quality for 3-5 days.

I need help with my home brew-kit 

Our home-brew kits are made in UK for Woodforde’s by Muntons. Even though we will try and help you with you queries, we will direct you to Muntons directly as they are specialist home-brew suppliers. Check out their Trouble Shooting page.

Do you have any seasonal beerS?

We do have a number of seasonal ales that are produced regularly for a limited time. Unfortunately, these beers are only available in establishments. But we will be posting on socials whenever we have a new seasonal so you can visit your local to give it a try!

DELIVERY

Can i schedule a delivery date for my order?

At the moment, we aren't able to take specifc delivery dates when ordering. We usually ship orders as they come in. We will however take into account if someone would like the orders shipped after a certain date but we cannot guarantee delivery once it has been shipped. You can request this through the order notes at checkout.

How do I track my ordeR?

Once the item has been collected by our courier, you will receive a tracking number.

You can track your order through the couriers website with the tracking number.

On the day of delivery, you should receive a text message or email to confirm.

how quickly will I receive my order?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3-5 days of receiving them. Due to staff shortages with our couriers, delivery times fluctuate.

How much does delivery cost?  

The cost of delivery is £7.99, however you can get free delivery if your order is over £50. This will automatically be calculated at the check out.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

In the unlikely event that you need to return your product, you should make contact with our team by emailing ecommerce@woodfordes.com or call to discuss the best options for you.

Can I exchange my order for something else?

If you need to exchange a product, depending on where you live the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. You will be responsible for the shipping costs for both returning the items and resending the items out to you. Please email ecommerce@woodfordes.com or call to discuss the best options for you.

PUBS

Where are your pubs? 

Woodforde's brewery is proud to have two wonderful pubs. We have The Fur & Feather which is our very own brewery tap only metres from the brewery. We also have The Lord Nelson on the North Norfolk coast in Burnham Thorpe.

What are the pub opening times? 

The opening times for each pub differs seasonally and depending on holidays. It's best to visit their websites to find out. And while you're there, you can check out their menus!
