Job Title: Brewery Warehouse Manager

Location: Woodforde's Brewery, Slad Lane, Woodbastwick, Norfolk, England

Position Summary:

As a Brewery Warehouse Manager at Woodforde's Brewery, you will play a pivotal role in the brewery's daily operations. This position involves handling, organizing, and managing inventory, ensuring the smooth flow of materials, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our production process.  This is a full-time role.

Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership: Manage a team of draymen providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the team's success.
2. Inventory Management: Implement and maintain effective inventory control procedures, conduct regular stock assessments, and optimize warehouse space utilization.
3. Operational Efficiency: Streamline warehouse processes to enhance overall efficiency, including order fulfillment, material handling, and shipment coordination.
4. Quality Control: Enforce and uphold quality control measures to ensure that all materials and products meet the brewery's standards.
5. Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce safety protocols, including the proper use of equipment and adherence to health and safety regulations.
6. Dray Operations. The ability to step in as a relief driver for the dray is considered an additional qualification.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in a brewery or beverage production environment.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on team collaboration and motivation.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and best practices.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations and compliance in the context of brewery deliveries.
• Forklift certification.

Job Title: Production Brewer

Location: Woodforde's Brewery, Woodbastwick, Norfolk, England

Responsibilities:

• Execute the production process, ensuring the highest standards of quality and consistency in every batch.
• Operate and maintain brewing equipment, following standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with the brewing team to develop and implement innovative recipes.
• Monitor fermentation and other brewing processes to achieve desired outcomes.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the brewing area.
• Work in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a brewery setting is advantageous.
• GCB or Brewing Diploma is preferred.
• Passion for craft beer and a keen interest in the brewing process.
• Ability to work in a team and contribute to a collaborative brewing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced brewery setting.
