Shipping policy

SHIPPING

Orders are dispatched Monday to Thursday, excluding bank holidays.

Currently we only ship to the UK mainland. (excluding Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man)

FREE Standard shipping to a single address for all orders over £50. Standard shipping price: £5.99 per order.

All shipments take 3-5 working days from dispatch to delivery. If you’ve ordered on Friday, your order will be processed on Monday.

We ship all orders with Parcelforce or DHL on a next day delivery service, however orders may take longer to reach your address.

COLLECTION IN STORE: You can visit our brewery shop to collect your order. This is a free service, no minimum spend is required. Your order will be available from 10am the day after you place your order (Monday-Friday) and held for up to 3 days before being returned to stock. If you collect on a weekend (Saturday-Sunday) please bring a proof of purchase (per example your Order Confirmation) and call our store on 01603 720353 to confirm stock availability. If you come to collect after day 3 you will need to select from the current products in stock or request a refund.  For our brewery shop opening hours please click here.
