Woodforde’s Brewery is thrilled to announce the return of its much-loved Grand Slam seasonal, perfectly timed for the start of the Six Nations.
Tap & Go will be back on taps ahead of the opening clash between France and Ireland on Thursday 5th February.
This 4% ale has long been a favourite during major international tournaments – and for 2026, it’s stepping up a gear with the introduction of new hops and malts in the recipe.
James Ramm, Head of Sales at Woodforde’s, said: “The refreshed Tap & Go is a light, approachable English ale that we know drinkers will really enjoy.
“It offers a smooth, silky mouthfeel alongside resinous, herbal and orange marmalade notes, finishing with a crisp, confident bitterness.
“We’ve kept things uncomplicated, but made sure it still packs plenty of flavour.
“There’s no finer way to welcome back the Six Nations than with a pint of Tap & Go. We’re sure it will score big behind the bar.”
He added: “Rugby means a lot to all of us at Woodforde’s, and brewing beers that celebrate the sport we love is something we genuinely enjoy.”
