Are all ages 18 and over. No children or babies (whether carried in arms/sling or pushchair) are allowed to participate in our tour for health and safety reasons.

Agree to wear sensible shoes. You must wear full-enclosed, non-slip, flat-soled footwear. This means no stilettoes, high heels, flip flops or sandals.

If required to do so due to government guidelines or otherwise, visitors should bring their own mask or face covering.

Please be aware that Woodforde’s Brewery Tours can be a challenge for visitors with restricted mobility. You are visiting a working brewery and as such, there is no seating and a number of stairs.

In completing a booking for a tour with Woodforde’s Brewery,
you and any participants agree to the following:
Changes to your booking:

You have the right to cancel a booking within a period of 7 days, from the point of making a booking. Guests booking within 7 days are able to cancel their booking up until 24 hours beforehand. Guests booking on the day waive their right to cancellation.

After the initial 7-day cancellation period, guests looking to amend their booking are able to transfer to a new date and time, subject to giving a minimum of 24 hours’ notice, prior to their original booking via email or phone.

We are unable to exchange the original tour payment for alternative services, products, or vouchers.

Woodforde’s Brewery shall have the right at any time (giving as much notice as possible) to change the format of the tour, cancel the booking in the event the property or any part is closed due to circumstances beyond our control. This includes but is not limited to the reactive implementation of precautions to protect staff and customers against coronavirus.

If Woodforde’s Brewery cancel a tour for any reason, we will endeavour to move your booking to a suitable alternative time. If we are unable to do so we will refund the cost of the tour. We shall have no further liability to you in relation to any cancelled tour.
Purchasing brewery tours as gift vouchers:

Vouchers are valid 48 hours after purchase, for 12 months.

Tours must be booked in advance to ensure availability. When booking with a gift voucher, ensure this is mentioned and the unique reference code is provided.

Vouchers cannot be used towards special events, special menu’s or one-off/ticketed dining/brewery experiences.

This voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Photocopies will not be accepted, and all bookings must be made in advance. We are unable to give change or issue credit for unused voucher values.
Brewery Tour Health & Safety Requirements
Before the tour, the tour guide will deliver a safety briefing covering the potential hazards within the brewery.
As a visitor to Woodforde’s Brewery, you are expected to follow the safety requirements. The key points from these are detailed below.
A copy of the Tour Health and Safety Requirements will be provided when you arrive to the tour and you will need to sign it before entering the brewery.
