Woodforde’s ‘try-umphant’ beer launched ahead of Six Nations return

Woodforde’s Brewery are excited to launch their popular grand slam seasonal with a new, improved recipe in time for the Six Nations.

We are pleased to unveil our new recipe for Tap & Go ahead of the tournament’s first match between France and Ireland on Friday, 2 February.

The 4% ale has always been a popular addition during major international tournaments – with 2024 set to be even better thanks to the addition of new hops and malts to the recipe.

James Ramm, our Head of Sales, said: “The new Tap & Go is a light and easy drinking English ale that is sure to be a hit with our customers.

“This brew has a silky mouthfeel with resinous, herbal and orange marmalade aromas. Finished with a clean firm bitterness.
