Woodforde’s Brewery, the largest independent brewery in Norfolk and a multi-award-winning producer of traditional ales and craft beers, is pleased to announce the appointment of Paul Sullivan as its new Chief Executive Officer.

Paul brings extensive experience in the drinks industry, having held senior leadership roles across both beer and spirits. His career includes positions at Wadworth, Hopback Brewery, and most recently Managing Director at 6 O’clock Gin.

Paul succeeds Joe Parks, who is stepping down following a successful tenure that saw Woodforde’s strengthen its position as a leading independent brewer and expand its product range with the launch of New World Brewing, the company’s craft-focused line.

Woodforde’s Brewery, renowned for iconic brands including Wherry, Nelson’s Revenge, and Bure Gold, has earned multiple Champion Beer of Britain awards and continues to build on its heritage of quality and innovation.

Commenting on his appointment, Paul Sullivan said:

“I am delighted to be joining such a respected and historic brewery. Woodforde’s has an outstanding reputation for brewing excellence and a loyal following among beer lovers across the UK. I look forward to working with the team to build on that legacy, drive future growth, and continue to deliver great beers that reflect both tradition and innovation.”

Woodforde’s Brewery remains committed to its roots in Norfolk while pursuing opportunities for National growth under Paul’s leadership.
